Replyora Terms of Use

1. The Service

Replyora is a text-based AI message coaching app. It helps users analyze messages, generate reply suggestions, manage person profiles, and optionally use conversation memory. The App does not provide image generation, photo editing, medical advice, legal advice, psychological diagnosis, or professional counseling.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Replyora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

3. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any suggested message. Replyora does not guarantee relationship outcomes, communication outcomes, or emotional results.

4. No Diagnosis or Harmful Use

Replyora is not designed to label, diagnose, or clinically evaluate people. You agree not to use the App to harass, manipulate, threaten, deceive, stalk, exploit, or harm others. The App should be used for healthier communication, clearer boundaries, and safer message drafting.

5. User Content

You are responsible for the text, messages, names, notes, and context you submit. You confirm that you have the right to provide such content and that it does not violate any law, privacy right, or third-party right. Do not submit passwords, financial details, addresses, private identification numbers, or highly sensitive information.

6. Account and Access

You may use Replyora as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google where available. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account. Some features may require authentication, tokens, Premium, or Ultra Premium.

7. Tokens, Premium, and Ultra Premium

Replyora may use a token-based system. Different modes, models, person profile features, or conversation memory features may cost different amounts of tokens. Premium and Ultra Premium may unlock additional tokens, advanced AI models, conversation memory, higher limits, or other benefits.

8. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Subscriptions and token purchases are processed through the Apple App Store using StoreKit. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple ID settings. Refund requests must be made through Apple.

9. Feature Availability

We may change, suspend, limit, or remove features, token costs, AI models, plans, or limits at any time. Some features may depend on third-party services and may be temporarily unavailable.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal, abusive, hateful, threatening, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the App.
• Bypass token limits, payment systems, authentication, or security measures.
• Use the App to impersonate others or violate another person’s privacy.
• Submit content that you do not have permission to use.

11. Intellectual Property

Replyora, including its design, branding, software, icons, features, and content, is owned by Replyora or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes.

12. User License to Submitted Content

You retain ownership of your submitted content. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process, store, transmit, and analyze your content only as needed to provide and improve the App, operate AI features, maintain safety, and comply with legal obligations.

13. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion from within the App where available or by contacting us. Deleting your account may remove history, favorites, person profiles, and conversation memory, subject to legal and technical retention requirements. 15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, attempt fraud, or create risk for the service or other users.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always accurate.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replyora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including relationship outcomes, emotional distress, lost data, lost profits, or reliance on AI-generated content.

18. Apple Terms

If you download Replyora from the App Store, Apple’s standard terms and App Store rules may also apply. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App unless required by applicable law.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
