Replyora Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Replyora: AI Mesaj Koçu (“Replyora”, “we”, “our”, or “the App”) is a text-based AI message coaching app. Replyora does not create images, edit photos, or process visual media.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information when you use the App:

• Account information: anonymous Firebase user ID, Apple Sign In or Google Sign In identifiers, authentication provider, and account status.
• User-provided content: messages you paste, conversation context, person names, relationship type, notes, goals, previous replies, and conversation transcripts.
• AI interaction data: generated replies, message analyses, person profiles, communication signals, conversation memory summaries, history, favorites, and token usage.
• Purchase data: subscription tier, token package, product ID, transaction ID, purchase verification result, and entitlement status.
• Device and technical data: app version, device type, language preference, crash reports, diagnostics, and basic logs needed to operate the service.
• Analytics data: feature usage, paywall interactions, app events, and performance metrics.

We do not intentionally collect passwords, exact location, contacts, photos, camera data, microphone data, or WhatsApp account data. If you paste sensitive information into the App, that content may be processed as part of the AI request.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide AI message analysis and reply suggestions.
• To save your history, favorites, person profiles, and conversation memory.
• To personalize responses based on selected person context and saved memory.
• To manage tokens, subscriptions, Premium, and Ultra Premium access.
• To improve app reliability, safety, performance, and user experience.
• To detect abuse, prevent unauthorized access, and protect the service.
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot issues.

4. AI Processing and Third-Party Service Providers

Replyora uses AI to generate message analysis, reply suggestions, person profile summaries, and conversation-memory-powered coaching responses. To provide these features, user-entered content may be sent to our secure backend and to a third-party AI provider, currently Google Gemini, for processing.

The information processed for AI features may include message text, conversation transcripts, notes, selected mode, reply settings, optional person profile or conversation memory context, token and purchase status, and account identifiers needed to operate the service.

This data is used to provide app functionality, generate AI responses, maintain history and favorites if enabled, update person profiles and conversation memory when selected by the user, prevent abuse, process purchases, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and maintain service quality.

Replyora also uses Firebase services, which may include Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Analytics, Crashlytics, and related infrastructure to authenticate users, store app data, run backend functions, monitor reliability, and protect the service.

Third-party service providers are required to protect user data with appropriate safeguards and may process data according to their own privacy policies and data processing terms. Replyora does not sell your personal data.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, medical information, legal information, financial account details, passwords, government ID numbers, or other confidential data into the App.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data from the Delete Account page or by contacting support@replyora.app.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Replyora is not a psychological, legal, medical, or professional counseling service and does not provide diagnoses.

5. Person Profiles and Conversation Memory

If you choose to connect a message to a person profile, Replyora may store person names, relationship type, message summaries, communication patterns, recommendations, and conversation memory. This feature is optional and controlled by you. You may delete or reset saved profiles, memory, and history where available in the App.

6. Third-Party Services Used

Replyora may use third-party services including Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Firebase Functions, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Gemini or similar AI model providers, Apple StoreKit, Apple Sign In, and Google Sign In. These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may receive purchase status, product ID, transaction ID, subscription tier, and entitlement information to provide paid features.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers only as needed to operate the App, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, enforce our terms, or protect users and the service.

9. Data Retention

We retain account data, history, person profiles, conversation memory, and purchase records as long as needed to provide the App, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You may request deletion of your account and associated data from the Delete Account page or by contacting us.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no internet-based service is completely secure. You are responsible for avoiding highly sensitive personal information in messages you paste into the App.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data. To make a request, contact us at support@replyora.app.

12. Children’s Privacy

Replyora is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the minimum age required in your country, do not use the App.

13. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including countries where our service providers operate.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may notify users in the App.
